Because many of the items we sell are vintage, collectible, or pre-owned, all sales are generally considered final.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Incorrect Item
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved before any item is sent back.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How many days do customers have to return an item after purchase?

Do items need to be unopened or in their original packaging to be returned? Are there any types of items that can't be returned once opened or used?

For most items, including vintage records, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and cassette tapes, they must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened video games, collectible toys, and pop vinyl figures cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please contact us if you received a defective item.

If a customer wants to return something, do they pay for the shipping cost, or do you?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once a return is approved, how do customers get their money back? Is it store credit, or back to their original payment method?

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
